<image:title>About - Danielle Blasczak has more than 18 years of nonprofit experience in Rhode Island, and she specializes in data analysis and management. Her focus is in using data for uncovering and expanding equitable opportunities. During Danielle’s career as a data leader, she has worked on many innovative projects including strategizing, designing, and implementing multiple databases and reporting solutions as well as executing and analyzing surveys on multiple platforms. She regularly synthesizes complicated data analysis into accessible reports, from which organization-wide decisions are made. During her career she has been afforded the opportunity to lead and strategize with many partner organizations; from implementing a family literacy program to using data to help expand a free community wi-fi program. Her true passion lies in making educational data accessible and while working at Highlander Institute as Assistant Director of Data and Systems she served as a member of the SDP Fellowship at the Center for Education Policy Research at Harvard University. Participating in this fellowship grew her analytic capacity, helped her develop clear priorities and strategies for data and data systems, as well as increased her confidence as a leader. She has served as a data coach to principals in Providence Public Schools through the Center for Leadership of Educational Educational Equity where she provided training and assistance to principals and the leadership teams to use student outcome data to access to allow meaningful analysis to identify, monitor progress and take action. Danielle lives in East Providence with her spouse, daughter, and dog, Marshmallow.</image:title>

<image:title>Home - I have been working with Maureen Sigler for the last six years in two different school districts. She has an incredible skill set in education that will support a district moving the needle. She is an expert in instructional strategies, curriculum development, blended/personalized learning and improving student achievement. She doesn't just come to a district and do professional development. She works with teachers in the trenches supporting them on the implementation in the classroom with students. I highly recommend her to any school district as she is an incredible professional and would be an asset to staff and students. - Tony Suozzo, Superintendent South Hunterdon Regional School District</image:title>

<image:title>Testimonials - We have been working with Maureen Sigler for several years now and the benefits are innumerable. The professional development teachers receive is job embedded and immediately applicable to their instructional practices. In addition to facilitating workshops, Maureen trains our teachers to coach each other and to share best practices. As a result, teachers are learning how to truly leverage technology to assess students in real time, to differentiate instruction, and to meet the needs of our students whether they be in-person or learning virtually. We are so grateful for our partnership.</image:title>

<image:title>Testimonials - Dedicated. Trustworthy. Knowledgeable. These and so many other adjectives describe Maureen Sigler. Her energy around educational equity and her asset-based mindset is genuine and deep. Professional development isn't something done to you when MKS is in charge, her ability to co-construct learning experiences for adults is one of a kind. As a colleague, she always asked the difficult questions, pushing all parties in the room to reflect, analyze and desire to make hard but necessary change. Knowledge around standards and high quality curriculum is her superpower, along with building strong relationships with all who cross her path. With Maureen as a thought partner, I grew and developed as an educator and a human.</image:title>

<image:title>Testimonials - Maureen is an amazing coach that I had the pleasure of working with for 3 years. She was adept at helping me to identify challenges and areas of need in the classroom and supported me in implementing new strategies and tools. She made me aware of the importance of reflection and how it could drastically improve my teaching and classroom environment. Even though I was already a highly effective educator, Maureen made me realize the importance and benefits of being a lifelong learner. She assisted me in finding ways to save time, as well as guided me to build deeper and stronger relationships with my students. I was in awe of her questioning techniques and learned a tremendous amount from our coaching conversations. After working with Maureen I was inspired and empowered and have now become a part-time instructional coach in my district with the hope that I can motivate and support others just as Maureen did for me.</image:title>

<image:title>Testimonials - We had a wonderful experience working with Maureen and her team at MKS Education Partners. They were invested in our mission and our goals and quickly internalized our films and other content to create 50 rich and complex short lessons to engage students and teachers around our work. They were then able to use their holistic approach, knowledge of pedagogy, and experience in teacher training to design and implement our first professional development opportunities around social emotional learning and culturally responsive teaching. We value our collaboration with MKS and already plan to work with them in the future.</image:title>
